Snow Cone is a refreshing and fun ice cream flavor that’rerfect for hot summer days! It’s a sweet and tangy blend of blue raspberry, cherry, and lemon, mixed with crushed ice and a hint of citrus.

Here’s a recipe to make Snow Cone ice cream at home:


  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup blue raspberry syrup
  • 1/4 cup cherry syrup
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice
  • 1 tablespoon citrus extract (optional)


  1. Make the gelato: In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and light corn syrup. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Infuse the gelato: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, blue raspberry syrup, cherry syrup, and lemon juice. Let it cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Churn the gelato: Pour the chilled gelato base into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Add the crushed ice: During the last minute of churning, add the crushed ice and continue to churn until it’s fully incorporated.
  5. Add the citrus extract: If using citrus extract, add it during the last minute of churning.
  6. Freeze and enjoy: Transfer the gelato to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
